Free and fast Wi-Fi service was a plus.

This hotel was completely unacceptable! The mattress was uncomfortable, causing sleepless nights. The air conditioning unit was not only ineffective but also noisy enough to keep us awake. To add insult to injury, connections with the reception were impossible as there was no phone in the room. We were beyond frustrated with the thin walls that allowed us to hear every single conversation in the hallways.

The air conditioning left a lot to be desired. The location made it easy to explore the area, and the cleanliness was excellent. It was a decent place for a family stay.

The place was spotlessly clean with a super-friendly and pleasant staff from the general manager all the way down to the maids. The breakfast meal was amazing and sensational with especially gluten free, great amount of amazing cakes plus amazing cakes. The location was good and magnificent, for example, Medici Chapel was not too far away from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was fairly quiet. A bus station close to the property was really handy.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow tbh and there was quite hard bed in my room.

It has marvellous and magnificent location to the central market, in a calm area. There's cool Nabucco Firenze at walking distance from the hotel, make desserts etc. The venue provides marvellous and excellent breakfast with tasty coffee and amazing cakes, for example.

Consider requesting a room on a lower floor to avoid the steep stairs, as well as checking out the nearby dining options for authentic local cuisine.

The location is ideal for accessing main attractions and the train station. Staff members were consistently friendly and accommodating, ensuring an overall cute atmosphere. The air conditioning was inadequate was great, and cold showers diminished the experience. Additional inconveniences included limited breakfast options and noise from the surrounding area.

Just an optimal selection for resting at all in Florence with excellent value. Breakfast was reasonably good. Once they ran out of something, they didn't bring more.

Better soundproofing for quieter nights would be appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast options were plentiful and really set me up for the day. My room was spacious and clean, though the Wi-Fi was spotty. I would definitely come back again!

Couldn't recommend more for a city break

Comfortable room, convenient location, the hotel is just a short walk from the train station, made getting around the city very easy and enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the Duomo and other attractions. The staff were warm and offered luggage assistance, made my arrival easier. My room was comfortable, but the air conditioning struggled a lot, taking hours to cool down. While the mattress was nice, the noise levels from the hallway were disruptive at night. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, hard to sleep sometimes. The shower had poor water pressure, disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, but the coffee was very good. It felt a bit overpriced for what I received, especially given the minor inconveniences.
